Details

This CRF was added in PPMI 2.0 and is included in Baseline and all annual visits for PD and Prodromal participants. While it has no direct equivalent in PPMI 1.0, the questions related to the 4 cardinal features of PD have been moved to this table from the now deprecated DIAGFEAT CRF.

These overlapping cardinal variables have also been given new names because the questions are presented with signifigantly more clarifying details than what was in DIAGFEAT, and because the questions have been changed to include Parkinsonsim rather than just PD. See below for a map between the 1.0 PPMI versions of these questions:

PSGLVL

This variable was not included in DIAGFEAT or any PPMI 1.0 form. While it is similar to PSLVL and PSLVL2 that appeared in CLINDX, PRODDIAG, and DIAGQUES (all of which have been deprecated), PSGLVL asks about any abnormalities related to a neurodegenerative parkinsonian syndrome and PSLVL asked about specifically motor symptoms related a parkinsonian syndrome.
